Family Care Conference 2021

When: October 6 & 7, 2021
What: Our 2nd Annual Family Care Conference is designed specifically for parents and caregivers of children with serious health challenges, this two-day virtual conference will offer caregivers a thoughtfully-crafted program of presentations by leading medical and mental health professionals.
Program events begin at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, with keynote presentations at 11 a.m., followed by breakout sessions (1-3 p.m.), panels (3:30-4:30 pm) and closing (4:30-5:00 pm). All times are Eastern Standard.
