Teen Conference:
You Will Be Found
June 17, 2022
This conference is dedicated to helping teens and young adults explore who they are, and how to share their story with others. The question of identity is especially challenging for teens living with chronic illness.
Your perception of self, or self-concept, plays a central role in emotional well-being. You will have the opportunity to find your own story, share it, and discover that you are far from alone in this journey of life.
Our conference (hosted online from 5:00 to 10:00 PM, EST) features community specialists, recognized sports personalities, local celebrities, a school social worker, and camp leaders with experience helping young adults find their true selves. Teens who have been not been diagnosed with a health challenge are also invited to participate.
The benefits of the conference include:
- Community building for teens and young adults (ages 14 to 21)
- Support for teens to build a strong sense of self-identity
- Information on where to find more resources
This conference open to the public and offered at no-cost for teens and young adults (ages 14-21), thanks to generous funding from the Generator Z grant, with support from the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation. Reserve your spot today by completing the form below
