An Authentic Community of Support

Families who care for children with complex medical needs are especially vulnerable during these uncertain times. To help ease the sense of isolation and stress camper parents and caregivers are facing, we’re offering ongoing special content and supportive resources.

Delivered in new ways, these initiatives are intended to offer hope, improved well-being and meaningful connections with other parents and caregivers on a similar journey.

Creating Generous Spaces for Connection

“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” – Researcher & author, Brené Brown

Despite the transition from offering traditional on-site programs to alternative programming during the Covid-19 pandemic, our goals—supporting our camper families with high-quality, cost-free, inclusive programs—are as vital as ever. Whether in person or online, our experienced team offers children with serious illnesses and their siblings, parents and caregivers the chance to connect in respectful and caring spaces.

Parent & Caregiver Support Groups

Led by a trained facilitator, these support groups meet every other week. Open to parents and caregivers of children with serious illnesses. Register today.

Camper Meetups

Virtual meetups give our campers, who are between the ages of 7 to 17, a chance to connect with peers in small online gathering spaces. Register today.

Family Care Conference

We will host our 2nd annual online care conference Oct. 6-7, bringing together top medical and mental health professionals with parents caring for chronically ill children. Register today!

Special Live Events

A curated series of live family-friendly entertainment events for our camp friends. These free virtual events are also open to the public. Fall and winter program details coming soon.

Summer Camp

We continue to evolve our programs to meet the needs of our campers during the pandemic. Our 2021 virtual summer season has concluded. Campers are invited to join our virtual camper meetups this fall for the chance to connect with their friends.

A Healing Place

With the health and safety of everyone (camper families, volunteers and staff) our top priority, our new “Campily Retreat” will adapt traditional Family Camp Weekend programming to ensure COVID-19 precautions while giving families a chance to enjoy a camp getaway experience. Below you can listen to parents share their traditional family camp weekend experiences.
