Camp Club: Cooking

When: Saturday, Feb. 27, 2:00 – 3:00 PM (EST)
What: Our featured chef will show how to make you a delicious treat with common items from your kitchen. Along with the thrill of making something tasty to share with family and friends, you’ll enjoy awesome riddles and games along the way.
Our monthly Camp Clubs offer popular camp activities, hosted by staff and volunteers, and give kids and family members a chance to create, make, share and learn new skills, all while meeting other awesome kids and families on a similar life journey! These Saturday virtual gatherings feature two clubs with a variety of different online experiences. Camp Clubs can be attended by the whole family, part of the family, or the diagnosed child. The diagnosed child must be between the ages of 7-17. We encourage the whole family to join the fun.
Supplies/Ingredients:
- Oats
- Honey
- Peanut Butter (or other alternatives — almond butter, cashew butter, sunbutter)
- Optional Mix-Ins
- Shredded coconut
- Chocolate chips
- Raisins
- Berries
- Nuts
- Seeds (chia, flax, or other)
Camp Clubs are designed for North Star Reach campers and families who have previously attended one of our in-person or virtual programs.
