Creative Camp Programming

This year, we are celebrating our fifth year of providing life-changing camp programming at North Star Reach.

While everything about the world has changed since we last gathered in the woods overlooking Patterson Lake, the virtual camping experience will feel very familiar: Our campers will enjoy camp traditions, laugh-out-loud silliness, singalongs, step-outside-your-comfort-zone adventures, and–best of all– chance to connect with friends. Program highlights are below.

Camp Care Packages*

For our registered summer campers, we sent them a super cool care package with summertime favorites (T-camp shirt, activity supplies, games, and more) to enhance the camp-at-home experience with or without connectivity.

Moose Television Programs

Welcome to “Moose Television,” or MTV, where on-air camp hosts present an entertaining lineup of activity programs, combining all the things we love about traditional camp through a fun video experience.

Live Campfire Gatherings*

Real-time opening and closing campfires give registered campers a chance to connect with other families, friends and counselors. Together, we’ll enjoy songs, skits, stories, out-of-this-world performances…all the things that make for an unforgettable campfire gathering, no matter where we are.

Engagement Challenges

Our weekly MTV activity programs will challenge campers to try new things and share what they create. Whether you accept the #MoosenessChallenge to post a photo of a finished art project or share a new camp song, we’ll encourage you every step of the way—and even offer prizes, too!

Real-Time Chats with Camp Friends*

Campers who attend registered camp sessions will have a chance to meet and chat with camp friends in small online gathering spaces. During summer sessions, these breakout groups are supervised by a minimum of two trained adults.

Memory-Making Camp Fun

While delivering plenty of camp fun, our programs are designed to encourage campers and their families to try new things, play outside the box, and create lasting memories with friends.

Camp Different

Come camp with us this summer and connect in new ways with an amazing community.
